Molly Simpson Gross is an associate with the Firm and concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of Estate Planning and Administration, Elder and Special Needs Law, Business and Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property. Ms. Gross also has a background as a civil litigator and has experience resolving conflicts between parties both in and out of court. A Charlotte native, Ms. Gross attended Appalachian State (B.S., cum laude, 2011) and University of North Carolina School of Law (J.D. 2016).

Ms. Gross is an active member in both legal and civic community groups in Hickory and on the state-wide level. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Catawba County Bar Association. She is also involved with the legal community through volunteering with the North Carolina Bar Association Disaster Legal Services project and service on the on the Local Advisory Committee for the Foothills Office of Legal Aid of North Carolina. Ms. Gross has served on the Board of a number of local community and civic organizations, including the Chamber of Catawba County, the Family Guidance Center, and the Humane Society of Catawba County. In the past, she has also been a guest lecturer for the CVCC Small Business Center and the Catawba Valley Paralegal Association.

Ms. Gross and her husband, Jonathan live in Hickory with their daughter, and their dogs, Mr. President and Chief Justice.
