Eloise DeLaney Bradshaw, Partner of the Firm, focuses her practice in the areas of Real Property Law and Business and Corporate Law. She received her under-graduate degree (A.B. 1977) and law degree (J.D., with honors, 1980) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ms. Bradshaw
was a Phi Beta Kappa member. During law school, she was
a member of the Order of the Coif and a staff member of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Law Review from 1978-1980. After law school, Ellie was a law clerk for The Honorable Judge J. Phil Carlton of the North Carolina Supreme Court from 1980-1982.
The Union County, NC, native is a member of the Catawba County, North Carolina, and American Bar Associations. Ms. Bradshaw is a past president of the Catawba County Bar Association and has served on the Board of Continuing Legal Education of the North Carolina State Bar. Ellie has also served on the Council of the Business Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.
In the community, Ms. Bradshaw is active in the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce, serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Ellie also serves on the Board of the North Carolina Foothills Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. She and her husband, Peter, live in Hickory with their three children.
