Elder Law
Kimberly H. Whitley and Casey M. Winebarger each concentrate a portion of their practice in the area of Elder Law, which includes planning and advice for entry into a nursing home or assisted living facility, as well as asset protection and Medicaid planning. Ms. Whitley routinely handles Medicaid Estate Recovery cases. Additionally, Kim and Casey assist clients in establishing Special Needs Trusts and provide advice on the administration of such trusts. Kim is a member of the National Academy of Elder Attorneys.
