Donald Fuller, Attorney, Hickory, NCDonald R. Fuller Jr., Partner of the Firm, practices in the areas of Business and Corporate Law, Banking Law, Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate and Estate Planning. Mr. Fuller also is a certified mediator.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1970. He was a Morehead Scholar and a member of Phi Beta Kappa at UNC. He received his law degree from the University of Virginia in 1973.


Mr. Fuller is a member of the Catawba County Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association (including its sections on Business Law, Bankruptcy Law, Real Estate Law, and Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law), and the American Bar Association. He is a past president of the 25th Judicial District Bar Association and an affiliate member of the North Carolina Bankers Association.


Mr. Fuller served as an officer in the United States Air Force Reserve. He is a past trustee and president of the Catawba Science Center, past trustee and president of the Hickory Museum of Art, and past chairman of the Lakeland District, Piedmont Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is a director of the Catawba Medical Foundation, a member of the Lake Hickory Rotary Club, and a member of Lake Hickory Country Club.


Mr. Fuller is a native of Lumberton, NC. He and his wife, Sue Nell, along with their daughter, Carson, live in Hickory and are members of Corinth Reformed United Church of Christ. His interests outside of work and community service include golf, music, and reading.
